What's your favorite cosplay and why.  I don't have a lot of favorite cosplays per se, I love each one for different reasons, but right now i'm on a Leia kick! I am most proud of my Giselle gown though. I spent about a month and a half hand painting to make it screen accurate.

How long have you been cosplaying.  Since 1999! My first cosplay was peasant Padme from The Phantom Menace! I hand sewed the whole thing and wore it to go see the movie!

Do you make your own or commission.  I make most of my costumes, but I am never ashamed of commissioning items I need! I actually take commissions on certain pieces myself!

What's your favorite thing about cosplaying  Making kids smile! I joined Rebel Legion to use my love for cosplay to do good and raise money for Make A Wish!

Next convention  Not sure yet! I am a mother so I have to play it by ear with the kids

Any advice for new cosplayers ? Have fun! Your first costumes don't have to be accurate if you don't want them to be or you don't have the skills yet. Just enjoy what you are doing! Don't be afraid to learn a new skill to make your costumes if you choose to make them!!
