How Long Have You Been Cosplaying?

I've been cosplaying for 4 years now, though I do have experience in theatrical costumes prior to that.

Do you make your own, or commission?

I always make my own costumes.

Actually, making the costumes is my favorite thing about cosplaying... I loves getting lost in creative endeavors, and I find great mental and emotional satisfaction in making things from scratch.

What's your Favorite Costume &Why?

My favorite Costume is Princess Lolly, mostly because there are so many materials in it from PVC Pipe, Pool Noodles, Insulation Foam, Ping Pong Balls, and so much more.

Advice for new cosplayers:

Always shoot for a costume that's one level above your current ability. That way you have to push yourself and learn.
